Samresh Kumar
Chairman and CEO
Samresh Kumar is a passionate business builder and an astute private equity investor. With 22+ years global experience in private equity, capital raising, management consulting and in building businesses, across US, UK, Singapore, India and Vietnam. He has previously led investment and business teams at VinaCapital, Masan Group, Sun Group, Accenture. He has structured/negotiated/closed >300 transactions, invested >USD 2.0 billion and has raised >USD 1.5 billion of capital, across industries. Currently as the Founder, Chairman and CEO of SkyX Solar, together with the team, he is actively building out the company and helping shaping the industry in Vietnam.
Samresh holds a MBA degree from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech degree from IIT Delhi.

Brook Taylor
Director
Brook Taylor has lived and worked in Vietnam since 1997 and has more than 20 years of management experience, including more than eight years as a senior partner with major accounting firms. Previously, he was deputy managing partner of Deloitte in Vietnam and head of the firm’s audit practice. He was also managing partner of Arthur Andersen Vietnam and a senior audit partner at KPMG. He expertise spans a broad range of management and finance areas, including accounting, business planning, audit, corporate finance, taxation, and risk management.
He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.

Yalim Ozilhan
Southeast Asia Director at EDF Renewables
Yalim Ozilhan is the Southeast Asia Director of EDF Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy and a subsidiary of the French utility EDF. He is in charge of all business activities and local offices of EDF Renewables in the Southeast Asia region. Before his current role, he managed EDF Renewables’ rooftop PV business in China and previously worked at leading international law firms focusing on energy and infrastructure.
He holds both a law degree and an E-MBA GMP (ESCP Europe).

Stéphane Debruyne is the International CFO and the Groupe Head of Tax of EDF Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy and a subsidiary of the French utility EDF. He is in charge of all the financial performance of EDF Renewables International activities (excluding North America) and all taxation affaire for the whole EDF Renewables Group.
He holds a Master degree in Taxation from Paris University.
